HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Huntsville/Madison County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Huntsville Sports Commission are proud to host the Huntsville Spring Shootout, a unique one-day collegiate soccer showcase set to bring 14 programs from across the country to the Rocket City this Saturday, February 28th at Spencer Sports Complex.

In its third year, the Huntsville Spring Shootout is headlined by Alabama, Auburn, Memphis and Mississippi State, as well as local programs from Alabama A&M and UAH. The event creates a rare opportunity for fans to experience multiple collegiate programs and playing styles throughout the day.

Designed as both a competitive showcase and a community engagement event, the Shootout provides local soccer fans, youth players and high school athletes with the opportunity to watch college programs up close without traveling outside the region. For aspiring collegiate players, it also serves as an educational experience—offering insight into the pace, physicality and technical skill required at various levels of college soccer.

With 14 programs participating, spectators can expect a full slate of matchups throughout the day, highlighting the depth and diversity of collegiate soccer. From nationally recognized Division I programs to strong Division II and NAIA competitors, the Shootout will deliver a broad snapshot of the collegiate landscape.

Tickets will be available for purchase on game day at the gates. General admission is $10. Admission for high school and youth soccer players wearing their jersey is $5.
