The Alabama High School Athletic Association and the Huntsville Sports Commission is proud to host the 2026 State Wrestling Championships from February 12th-14th at the Von Braun Center South Hall.

Tournament Information

Admission:
$12 per day (plus fees)

Team Admission:
Only wrestlers who participated in sectionals (qualifiers and non-qualifiers) will be admitted through the appropriate Pass Gate. A qualifying team that does not compete in the state tournament until the second day may be admitted as a team on the first day of competition.

Scoring:
The first six places in each weight class of classes 1A-4A, 6A, and 7A Boys and the first four places in each weight class of class 5A Boys and both Girls divisions will be scored.

Awards:
(a) Trophies to the team winner and runner-up in each division
(b) Medals to first four places
(c) Plaques to the Most Valuable Wrestler
