We’re excited to welcome athletes, coaches, families, and fans to Huntsville for the 2026 USATF National Youth Outdoor Championships. Before arriving at Milton Frank Stadium, please review the important event information below.

KEY REMINDERS

• Free on-site parking is available via the 15th Avenue SW entrance (north entrance).
• Parking is free and available via the 15th Avenue SW entrance.
• Make Packet Pickup your first stop when you arrive.
• Spectators must purchase a ticket prior to entry. Purchase tickets here.
• Athletes and credentialed coaches enter through South Gate B.
• Spectators enter through South Gate A.
• Teams with coolers and tents have a separate entrance on the southeast side of the stadium.
• Wristbands are required for venue entry each day. Athletes and credentialed coaches should keep wristbands on throughout the entire Championships. Spectators will receive a new wristband each day.
• Join our BAND for real-time updates. This is where all communication and updates will occur.

PRACTICE DAY – TUESDAY, JUNE 23

Time: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

Location: Milton Frank Stadium

Athletes may use this time for warm-ups, track familiarization, and packet pickup. Access is limited to designated athlete and coach areas.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Parking

Free on-site parking is available via the 15th Avenue SW entrance (north entrance).

ADA parking is available off SW Ivy Street and 1st Street SW.

Drop-off and pick-up location:

15th Avenue SW by the throws area.

Packet Pickup

Location: South end of stadium parking lot

Hours

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM–1:15 PM
• Thursday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–1:15 PM

ID is required for pickup.

Athletes and coaches will receive:

• Competition bibs
• Athlete wristbands
• Coach wristbands

Each athlete will receive a certificate and a pair of USATF sunglasses while supplies last.

Doors Open

• Wednesday: 6:30 AM
• Thursday–Saturday: 7:30 AM

COMPETITION REMINDERS

• Review BAND for any schedule updates.
• Only credentialed coaches and athletes are permitted in the warm-up area.
• Field warm-ups end 30 minutes before the first event.
• Athletes must arrive race-ready to clerking.
• Implements must be checked in 90 minutes before the event start underneath the Tent City stands.

AWARDS

• Top 8 individuals and relays receive medals.
• Top 3 teams per division receive championship plaques.

Location: Below Tent City (east side of stadium)

Timing: Awards will only be given out after the protest period has ended, at least 30 minutes after the end of the event.

Located in tent by southwest corner of track (by reunification).

HOW TO PROMOTE YOU’RE COMPETING

We’re excited to see you in Huntsville for the 2026 USATF National Youth Championships! To help you promote that you’re competing, we’ve created “Watch Me” graphics for you to post on social media.

Attached are two options:

1. A ready-to-post graphic announcing you’ll be at Youth Outdoors
2. A customizable graphic you can place over your favorite photo as an IG sticker/overlay. (Sticker instructions below.)

When posting on IG, be sure to tag @usatf and include the following watch informationso your friends and family can see you compete – “Tune in to USATF.tv to watch me on [date/time] compete in the [name of your event]”.

How to Use the Huntsville Bound Sticker on Instagram:

• Save the 2026_USATF_Youth-Outdoor_Championships_Watch-Me-Custom .png image to your camera roll.
• Start a new Instagram Post and add your favorite photo (or video).
• Tap the > arrow and select “Overlay”.
• Choose the Watch Me sticker image from your camera roll.
• Resize and position the sticker where you’d like it.
• Tap Next.
• Add your caption, tags, and music as you like.

REUNIFICATION PROCESS (ATHLETES 10 & UNDER)

For athlete safety, a reunification process is in place for all athletes 10 years old and under. Reunification Location: south end of stadium

• A reunification wristband will be issued at packet pickup to the adult who initially retrieves the athlete’s packet
• The wristband must match the athlete bib number and is required for athlete pickup after competition
• Additional or replacement wristbands may be requested at packet pickup with valid photo ID and verification in the athlete’s profile
• Only individuals wearing a matching reunification wristband will be permitted to pick up athletes

After competition, athletes will be escorted by event staff to the designated reunification area. Please proceed promptly to this location for pickup. Full step-by-step instructions are available in the A–Z Guide.

SAFETY & REPORTING

To ensure a safe environment for all athletes, the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP) limit one-on-one interactions between adults and minors and set standards for training and competition settings. As part of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Movement, USA Track & Field is committed to providing an environment free from abuse and misconduct.

All event staff, volunteers, coaches, and officials must refrain from misconduct, including sexual misconduct, physical or emotional misconduct, bullying, harassment, and hazing. Anyone who witnesses or suspects misconduct is required to report it immediately in accordance with Safe Sport policies.

• If you become aware of or reasonably suspect bullying, hazing, physical or emotional misconduct, or any other MAAPP violation, report it immediately to USATF Safe Sport.
• If you learn of or suspect child abuse, child sexual abuse, sexual misconduct involving adults or minors, or criminal sexual charges, report directly to the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

**Reminder: All Adult Participants are required to report allegations of sexual misconduct or child abuse immediately to local law enforcement and/or CPS as well as the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Athletes, fans, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and support all participants in a positive, respectful, and encouraging manner. Spectators shall refrain from any behavior or language that is disruptive, abusive, intimidating, or unsportsmanlike.

The use of racist, sexist, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise derogatory language or conduct directed toward athletes, coaches, officials, event staff, volunteers, or fellow spectators will not be tolerated. Individuals who engage in such behavior may be removed from the venue and may be subject to additional disciplinary action.

By attending this event, all spectators agree to abide by the Huntsville Sports Commission Spectator Code of Conduct and all event policies.
