Registration Deadline: April 26th, 2026

Captain’s bag deadline:  Bag pickup will be Thursday 3:30-5:30 PM.  Any bag not picked up Thursday will be given out at team introductions.   

Player Lunch:  Player Lunch: Friday and Saturday 10:30-2:30.  All players must present a ticket.

Hard courts may be used in case of inclement weather, play may be under lights and on indoor courts if available. 

Official Ball:  Penn  

Practice Courts :  There is no warm up on soft courts.  Players may warm up on the hard courts prior to the start of the tournament but all players are expected to vacate the courts 45 min prior to match time.  There is no warmup on any courts once the tournament has started.   

• All communication will be through Match Tennis Team App 

• Award presentations will be at Huntsville Tennis Center for the winning team. 

• The winning teams will be eligible to advance to the 55 & Over Sectional Championships:  Dates can be found at the following link:  southernchampionships.com 

• Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday from 10:30-2:30 and will be served at Huntsville Tennis Center.
